Le groupe conna\u00eet son apog\u00e9e avec le titre Papa was a Rollin’ Stone<\/i>, reprise du groupe The Undisputed Truth. Le titre se place \u00e0 la 1re place du classement Billboard Hot 100, remporte 3 Grammy Awards et fait son entr\u00e9e dans le classement des plus grandes chansons de tous les temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le groupe sort plus d’une cinquantaine d’albums et remporte deux autres Grammy pour leur album Cloud Nine<\/i><\/strong> en 1968, puis l’album Ear-Resistance<\/i><\/strong> en 2000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Temptations is a legendary soul and rhythm and blues band, founded in 1961 in Detroit. The band met a worldwide success and will remain an icon in the music history. In 1989, the band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame<\/i> before being awarded a star from Hollywood’s Walk of Fame<\/i> in 1989. The band’s incredible career will be later granted with a Life Time Achievement Award<\/i>, assigned by the prestigious Recording Academy<\/i> in 2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The band reached its peak with the track Papa was a Rollin’ Stone<\/i>, a cover of The Undisputed Truth. The song reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, won 3 Grammy Awards, and made it onto the greatest songs of all time chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
