Née Lungelihle Zwane le 30 mars 2000 en Eswatini, Uncle Waffles s’impose en quelques
années comme l’une des figures centrales de l’amapiano global. Révélée en 2021 après une
vidéo virale de DJ set relayée par Drake, elle convertit immédiatement cette visibilité en
traction streaming et en bookings internationaux.

Dès 2022, la reconnaissance critique suit :
le média britannique Mixmag la classe parmi les meilleurs DJs de l’année au niveau mondial,
