Tyler, The Creator has shocked fans again with the release of his ninth studio album, DON’T TAP THE GLASS, on July 21, 2025.

Following the deeply personal storytelling of his last project, this new album is a concise, high-energy pivot straight to the dance floor. Clocking in as his shortest album yet, DON’T TAP THE GLASS is a masterclass in modern production, blending heavy doses of Funk, House, and Techno with his unique brand of hip-hop.

Tyler, who produced every track, has created an album that favors vibe and rhythm over lyrical depth. Tracks like “Sugar on My Tongue” and the titular “Don’t Tap That Glass / Tweakin'” are infectious, genre-bending bangers, while guests like Pharrell Williams and Madison McFerrin perfectly complement the soundscape.

The album’s title is widely interpreted as a warning to the audience not to pry into his private life—the “monster” is on the other side of the glass, and he’s here to party, not bare his soul.

DON’T TAP THE GLASS debuted at Number One on the Billboard 200, solidifying Tyler’s status as a constantly evolving, chart-topping visionary.
