Meryl on planète Rap Skyrock

Martinique, Guadeloupe, Guyane, Haïti… sources of inspiration for many hip-hop major players, those destinations provided great artists such as Jahyanai, Bamby, Tency « Gwada Side », Poplane, Tiitof and Kanis. Luckily, good old rhythms fans and hip hop aficionados will have a lot to deal with this week as Fred on Planet Rap is hosting an exceptional event.

Over Skyrock radio waves, we also will have the chance to hear Meryl, a promising young rap musician, formerly ghostwriter for quite a bunch of great names. Presenting her mixtape title « Jour avant Caviar« , she will answer few questions early fans might have and present her very own music perspective for the ones who haven’t discovered the young singer yet.

Born in Martinique, Meryl grew up with an unconditionally loving father nurturing her musical references from early age. That seems fruitful as she turns out to be, at just 23 years old, already, connected owing to her skills, to great names such as Niska and Tima. Her professional portfolio is coloring with different tones, though, as she slowly leaves behind her habit to write for others for a very fast growing fame to handle.
